Dr. McDonald is the principal consultant with over two decades of experience in all facets of EMS and public safety.  Dr. McDonald is currently the Principal Consultant advising on all topics in the fields of EMS and Emergency Management.  Dr. McDonald is a Senior Certified Instructor Coordinator in New York State, an American Heat Association BLS, ACLS, ACLSEP, and PALS instructor and an NAEMT instructor in all disciplines.  In Dr. McDonald's previous role he was an Assistant Professor of Emergency Management & Public Affairs and coordinated all Emergency Management & Fire Services classes for the college. Dr. McDonald has been program coordinator of a hospital based paramedic program, a hospital administrator for EMS and public safety, and emergency manager.  Dr. McDonald is heavily involved in EMS education and training and is a Nationally Certified EMS Educator.  Dr. McDonald is still a certified paramedic in New York, New Jersey, and by the National Registry of EMT's.
