ABOUT DR. MCDONALD
Dr. McDonald, Principal Consultant, brings over two decades of comprehensive expertise in emergency medical services (EMS), public safety, and emergency management. Previously serving as Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator at the State University of New York, Empire State College, he coordinated EMS programs, administered hospital EMS and public safety, and managed emergencies. Dr. McDonald is deeply engaged in EMS education and serves on various advisory committees and boards. He holds a PhD in Public Policy and Administration, a Master's in Public Administration, and a Bachelor's in Emergency Management and Fire Protection. A distinguished Fellow of the Emergency Management Academy, Harvard Kennedy School of Government Executive Leadership Program graduate, and American College of Paramedic Executives Fellow, Dr. McDonald is actively involved in prestigious professional associations.
